Tracking student progress

Teachers and administrators can track student progress through the use of the Weighted list of standards found on their group pages and on their own student pages. Before you can view student progress, you will have to search for students.

To view weighted list of standards

1. Point to Students, and then click Search for Students.

2. On the DART System Search page, enter the appropriate information in the needed fields. There are several different criteria you can use for search, including Last Name, Age, Status, Testing Level, and more.

3. Click Search.

4. Click the name of the student whose standards list you want to view.

You will see the Individual View page for the student and the Weighted List of Standards Needed.

5. Under Weighted List of Standards Needed, click an item to view its information.

A new tab will open with the standard's wiki page of information.

##To view all student progress for a school

1. Point to Students, and then click Progress.

2. In the All Locations list, select a school. The table will update with the information from the students at your chosen site.

3. To Promote a student, select 1 in the Promote list.
