Viewing DART Modules

There are four modules for you to view in DART. These modules include data on their specific topics.

Note that in previous versions of DART, these modules were listed on the side menu.

##To view SIP plans

There are three SIP plans: District, School, and Teacher.

###To view the District plan

1. Point to Modules, and under SIP, click District Plan.

You will see the overall improvement plan for the school year.

###To view School plan

1. Point to Modules, and under SIP, click School Plan.

2. From the Select Site list, select your school.

You will see the overall improvement plan for the school you have chosen.

###To view Teacher plan

1. Point to Modules, and under SIP, click Teacher Plan.

2. From the Select Site list, select your school.

You will see the overall improvement plan for the school you have chosen.

##To view Special Ed information

From the Special Ed module, you can view a list of current special ed students as well as a history of special ed students.

1. Point to Modules, and under Special Ed, click History.

You will see a list of students who have been enrolled as special ed students. Note that you can search for a Start Date and an End Date, as well as narrow your search by site and student.

If you scroll to the bottom of the list, you can also type a different number of entries to display on the page. In the display box, type the new number and click Display Limit. The default is 50.

##To view testing information

1. Point to Modules, and under Testing, click Home**.**

You will see the BSSD Testing Module. From here, you can view group test scores, import test scores, and edit test scores.

###To view group test scores

1. On the BSSD Testing Module page, click Show Group Test Scores.

2. In your group list, select the group you want to view.

3. In the test list, select the test you want to view.

4. In the year list, select the year you want to view.

5. In the subject list, select the subject you want to view.

You will see a table displaying the group test scores for the settings you have chosen.

###To import test scores

1. On the BSSD Testing Module page, click Import Test Scores.

You will see an option to Browse your computer and Import test scores for each of the six tests.

2. Under the test name, type the year of the test you will import.

3. Click Browse to locate your test scores file.

4. Click Import.

Note that you can remove old test scores selected from the DELETE test scores list.

###To edit test scores

1. On the BSSD Testing Module page, click Edit Test Scores.

You will see the Edit Test Scores page.

2. In the test list, select the test you want to edit.

3. In the year list, select the year you want to edit.

##To view SFA information

1. Point to Modules, and under SFA, click Home.

You will see the SFA Module page. Note that you can select specific groups or students to view.

###To view the SRI sheet

1. Point to Modules, and under SFA, click SRI Sheet.

You will see the SRI sheet.
