The issue tab should be used to create issue tickets around anything that needs action including data coding, code writing, analysis, paper writing, and administrative support. You can tag specific members or teams that are part of the repository to call specific attention to the issue ticket. Issues can also be assigned labels to make their purpose obvious at a glance.
MSSL encourages project members to use issue tickets to ask for help often. Members should review each other's issue tickets and provide any assistance when possible, regardless of who is tagged.
Occasionally members of the repository should review open issue tickets for progress and close them when appropriate.
