View a Repository's Wiki

• To get to a repo's wiki, click on the wiki tab (between projects and insights).

Edit a Wiki

• To add a new page, select new page and enter a title. That pages address will be: https://github.com/CenterForPeaceAndSecurityStudies/REPONAME/wiki/TITLE. Spaces in the title are replaced with dashes in the web address.

• Github wiki's default edit mode is RMarkdown, so you can use one of the RMarkdown cheatsheets:

Table of contents

There is no way to automatically generate a table of contents on a wiki page, but you can add one manually by adding links to each section. The link is the page's url with "#headername" added to the end of it, like so:
